Hanse Yes24 Holdings Selected as Preferred Negotiation Partner for Acquisition of Irae AMS

Hansae Yes24 Holdings announced on the 20th regarding reports on the acquisition of mid-sized auto parts company Irae AMS, stating, "We participated in the bidding to secure new growth engines and diversify our business," and "We have confirmed that we have been selected as the preferred negotiation partner by the sale's lead manager today."

The acquisition target is 80.6% of Irae AMS shares held by Irae CS. Hansae Yes24 Holdings revealed that it offered 142 billion KRW as the acquisition price.
