F&F Signs Trust Contract for Acquisition of 10 Billion KRW Worth of Treasury Shares

F&F announced on the 20th that it has decided to enter into a trust contract to acquire treasury shares worth 10 billion KRW to enhance shareholder value. The contract period is from today until February 19 of next year. The contracting institution is NH Investment & Securities.
