Yangsan City Community Child Center Health Education Partnership Project

The Child Care Division of Yangsan City, Gyeongnam, held a business agreement ceremony on the 19th with the College of Nursing at Pusan National University (Dean Jung Insook) for a health education linkage project with local children's centers in Yangsan.

This agreement aims to establish a cooperative system between the Child Care Division and the College of Nursing at Pusan National University, and to provide health education services tailored to the needs of children at local children's centers, thereby promoting the healthy growth and development of children.

For the health education linkage project at local children's centers, five teams consisting of about 15 undergraduate students and instructors from the College of Nursing at Pusan National University, as well as five external health-related experts, will visit five local children's centers in Yangsan to provide education on sex education, personal hygiene, and first aid over a period of about six months.

Jung Insook, Dean of the College of Nursing, said, "I hope this business agreement, which utilizes the human resources of Pusan National University, will be a great opportunity to have a positive impact on the children of Yangsan City," and added, "We will actively participate in the activities."

Yoo Sujeong, head of the Child Care Division, said, "Thank you for creating various health education programs and actively engaging for the children at local children's centers in Yangsan City," and added, "I hope this business agreement will be a great opportunity to establish an organic cooperative system between the two institutions."
