Head of Agency Management, Two-Year Term with Annual Reappointment

The Busan Institute of Science and Technology Promotion announced on the 20th that it will be publicly recruiting for the position of president until September 4.

The Busan Institute of Science and Technology Promotion (BISTEP) is an organization established by the Busan Metropolitan City under Article 20 of the Busan Science and Technology Promotion Ordinance. To strengthen the institution's status and functions and to lead regional industrial innovation based on science and technology, BISTEP is conducting a nationwide open recruitment for a competent and capable president.

The newly recruited president will represent BISTEP, overseeing its management and operations. The term of office is two years, with the possibility of annual reappointment.

Applications must be submitted in person, by registered mail, or by email to BISTEP by 6:00 p.m. on September 4, along with the application form and required documents.

The recruitment process includes a document review and interview by the BISTEP Executive Recommendation Committee, which will recommend two candidates. Busan Mayor Park Hyungjun will make the final appointment at the end of October.
