As the popularity of new apartments continues to rise in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, the 'Chuncheon Atera Edupark' located in Mancheon-ri, Dong-myeon, is expected to attract significant interest from buyers as it holds official contracts for three days starting from the 19th.
Chuncheon Atera Edupark will be developed in Mancheon-ri, Dong-myeon, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, consisting of 4 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 477 households sized between 72 to 116 square meters. The 'Chuncheon Kumho Eoullim The First,' which was first sold in November last year, has been renamed 'Chuncheon Atera The First,' and together with this second phase, it is expected to form a total of 1,020 households under the Atera brand town. Notably, the second phase, Chuncheon Atera Edupark, boasts a prime location closer to Mancheon Elementary School compared to the first phase, making it an attractive "school zone" residence.
In the earlier 1st and 2nd priority subscription rounds, excluding special supply, 823 applicants competed for 325 units. Although the subscription fever has somewhat cooled compared to last year, it is analyzed that demand has actually increased despite the higher sale prices.
Industry experts predict that contracts for Chuncheon Atera Edupark will also proceed quickly. There is steady demand for newly built apartments in Chuncheon, and a rising trend in housing prices centered on new constructions has been observed, indicating that homebuyers will likely focus their attention here.
Among the three major cities in Gangwon Province, Wonju and Gangneung had severe unsold housing backlogs as of June, with 2,096 and 1,216 units respectively, whereas Chuncheon had only 152 unsold units due to continuous sellouts upon release. Additionally, apartment prices in Chuncheon, especially for buildings around five years old, have been on the rise for 13 consecutive weeks.
A real estate expert in Chuncheon stated, "The supply of new apartments in Chuncheon is far below demand, so the preference for new apartments is expected to continue leading the market."
Meanwhile, Chuncheon Atera Edupark is designed with all units facing south, featuring various floor plans and space-enhancing designs such as dressing rooms, pantries, and entrance storage, which are expected to be highly favored by actual buyers.
Various specialized designs unique to the newly transformed Atera will also be applied. First, a storage room accessible to all households will be provided underground, allowing residents to conveniently store seasonal clothing or bulky leisure equipment.
Furthermore, landscaping specialized to match the complex's name is planned, with a landscaping ratio reaching approximately 37%, creating a park-like complex view. Through specialized piloti design under the buildings, a living lounge will be created, along with a playground and a children's water playground within the complex, fostering a child-friendly environment where kids can play anywhere without leaving the premises.
The ground floor community facilities include a senior citizens' center, reading room, and residents' meeting room, while the basement level 1 will feature an indoor golf practice range with screen tee-off areas, a fitness center, and a GX room for residents to enjoy exercise anytime. Additionally, two guesthouse units, a feature recently popular in luxury apartments, will be provided, equipped with famous brand furniture, bedding, and home appliances at a high-end resort hotel level, allowing residents to host guests or enjoy party spaces. Moreover, the parking ratio is about 1.5 spaces per household, providing ample parking.
When expanding the balcony, free upgrades include a dishwasher (LG), kitchen gallery window, hybrid cooktop (2 induction + 1 hybrid burner), premium fingerprint door lock, and integrated bidet toilet in the master bathroom. However, some items may not be provided or may be changed if the balcony is not expanded.
Additionally, the first deposit is a fixed amount of 10 million KRW, and interest-free benefits on intermediate payments are offered, further reducing the initial financial burden for contract holders.
