The product contains two patented lactic acid bacteria strains (HY7801, HY7715). This traditional Gangwon-style buckwheat pancake dumpling uses all domestic ingredients, including Jeju buckwheat, kimchi, chive, and pork. Based on Cheongjeongwon's unique dough-making know-how, the dumpling skin is made by optimally blending buckwheat and glutinous rice flour, resulting in a chewy yet crispy texture. Compared to products sold on the market, the buckwheat content is increased to maximize its fragrant aroma. Memil Jijim Mandu is available at Nonghyup Hanaro Mart and retail stores nationwide, with a portion of the sales proceeds donated to expand the market for domestic agricultural products.
