A Communication Platform for Sharing Technical Skills and Know-How
Hancom announced on the 19th that it will launch a technical blog for developers.
Hancom's technical blog, 'HancomTech,' was established to share technical information among members, facilitate communication, and contribute to each other's growth. It was operated on a trial basis within the company starting in August last year and was made public externally after one year.
Going forward, HancomTech will serve as a channel to promote Hancom's technical values and differentiated development culture. Furthermore, it will act as a platform for communication among internal and external developers and as a link to enhance the external recognition of Hancom's technical organization, thereby serving as a pathway to attract talented individuals. The blog features content created by in-house developers who participate as writers, selecting topics and producing content themselves. Hancom has prepared support measures to encourage active participation from employees, including rewards and programs to strengthen content planning and writing skills.
In addition to showcasing Hancom's technical capabilities, the blog will consistently post solutions to problems arising from the use of technology. It will also share research results on the latest technology trends. Moreover, it will introduce news and culture of the development organization that forms the foundation of Hancom's growth.
Jihwan Jeong, Hancom's Chief Technology Officer (CTO), said, "You will be able to vividly witness Hancom's sincere challenges and innovations as an artificial intelligence (AI) company," adding, "We hope it grows into a platform that communicates and develops not only with the development department and employees but also with job seekers and developers interested in the company and technology."
