Jo recently posted several photos from the wedding day on Instagram. She wore a simple shoulder-baring wedding dress and did not wear any jewelry except for small earrings. As of the 17th, the post received over 28,000 likes and about 1,200 comments, mostly congratulatory messages from supporters.

Many opposition figures attended Jo's wedding on the 11th. All members of the Jo Guk Innovation Party, as well as Woo Won-sik, Speaker of the National Assembly, Park Chan-dae, acting leader and floor leader of the Democratic Party, former Prime Ministers Lee Soo-sung and Kim Boo-kyum, writer Yoo Si-min, and YouTuber Kim Eo-jun were present. Former leader Lee Jae-myung did not attend as he was scheduled to hold a joint speech meeting for Democratic Party leader and Supreme Council member candidates in the Daejeon and Sejong regions that afternoon. According to Myeongdong Cathedral’s policy, no flower wreaths were accepted at the wedding.

Jo announced through her YouTube channel last January that she had become engaged to a same-age ordinary boyfriend after dating for eight months since May of last year, and that the wedding was planned for the second half of this year. Since then, she has shared the wedding preparation process on her YouTube channel, including luxury couple rings, wedding dress fittings, and securing a rental house.

Right after the wedding, she posted a message saying, "Today, I held my wedding and truly became a married woman. I sincerely thank everyone who took the time to attend despite the summer vacation season, and all those who congratulated me even if they could not attend. We will cherish and care for each other and live happily."
