Babies wearing diapers crawling in the middle of a highway in the United States were captured on video. It was determined that the babies were thrown out of an overturned vehicle following a traffic accident. According to the New York Post and other sources on the 15th (local time), a collision between two vehicles occurred on a highway in Freeport, Texas, on the 11th.

The video shows two babies wearing diapers crawling or walking in the middle of the highway immediately after the accident. Overturned vehicles and debris were visible around them. Vehicles following behind witnessed the situation and stopped. A man who arrived late rushed to hold the children.
A local sheriff stated, "The vehicle flipped over several times and overturned, and the babies were thrown out." The driver and the babies were transported to a local hospital for treatment, and fortunately, all were confirmed to have no serious injuries. The driver of the other vehicle involved in the collision was also reported to be unharmed.
The dangerous footage has been viewed over 7.7 million times on X (formerly Twitter). In particular, some netizens speculated that the children were not secured in car seats at the time of the accident and raised criticism toward the father. Netizens commented, "Not putting the children in car seats and not wearing seat belts is a crime," "It's miraculous that no one was hurt, but the driver should have been more careful," and "What happened to the car seats?" Currently, it is unknown whether the children were secured in car seats.
