‘Boko Seoul Myeongdong’ Attached Parking Lot Open to Residents
Providing 480 Spaces Across 17 Private Attached Parking Lots

If You Go to Jung-gu, Seoul... "Hotel Parking Fee is 40,000 Won per Month" Seoul Jung-gu Office building.

Jung-gu, Seoul announced on the 16th that it is providing an additional 55 parking spaces to residents through agreements with six private parking lots in the district this year.


The parking lots newly opened to residents this year are Remarkville Dongdaemun (Sindang-dong), Dongsan Building (Donghwa-dong), Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel (Jangchung-dong), Taekwang Industry (Jangchung-dong), and Namsan Candlelight (Myeong-dong), each offering 10 spaces.


Recently, through an agreement with Korea Electronic Finance, five additional parking spaces on the 2nd floor of the hotel 'Boko Seoul Myeongdong' near Hoehyeon Station have been made available to residents. Jung-gu residents can use the parking lot 24 hours a day for only 40,000 KRW per month.


Located in the old downtown area, Jung-gu is addressing chronic parking shortages by increasing public parking lots in the long term and encouraging parking space sharing and opening of private parking lots in the short term. As of August, a total of 480 spaces across 17 private parking lots are available to residents.


An official from the district stated, “We will continue to actively work to alleviate parking difficulties by securing additional private parking lots through public-private cooperation.”
