KB Asset Management will conduct an employee health promotion campaign starting from the 19th to help employees lead healthier and more enjoyable company lives.
This campaign, designed to activate a healthy organizational culture through improving employees' lifestyle habits, consists of a 'Smoking Cessation Program' and a 'Walking Challenge.'
The 'Smoking Cessation Program' for employees who smoke will be conducted over six months in collaboration with the Yeongdeungpo Public Health Center in Seoul. Through a total of four face-to-face counseling sessions, employees' smoking habits will be corrected, and smoking cessation aids and behavior modification items will be provided to support quitting smoking.
Regular nicotine tests will be conducted to verify smoking cessation, and follow-up management will continue for up to one year. Employees who successfully quit smoking will be awarded welfare points of up to 300,000 KRW.
The 'Walking Challenge,' using KB Healthcare's 'KB Ocare' application, will be held over one month and divided into individual and team competitions. In the individual competition, the cumulative number of steps per person will be measured over one month, and the top three will receive welfare points of up to 300,000 KRW.
In the team competition, which can be applied for by each division, the top three divisions with the highest average number of steps among team members will each receive 500,000 KRW for team dinners.
