A resident of a villa in Seoul has been reported to threaten neighbors by damaging parked cars and throwing trash.

On the 14th, JTBC's 'Incident Commander' featured the story of Mr. A, who has been continuously victimized by a fellow resident.

According to Mr. A, the perpetrator, resident Mr. B, kicked the doors of every unit in the villa on the 8th, threatening the residents. On the same day in the afternoon, he threw trash bags from the rooftop, even onto cars parked in the lot, causing damage to the vehicles.

Four days later, Mr. B kicked the front door of Mr. A's home again and shook the doorknob as if trying to open it. At that time, Mr. A's daughter and grandson, who were inside the house, were too scared to even go outside.

Just when the commotion seemed to have ended, Mr. A was shocked to see the parked car, which was severely dented.

Reviewing CCTV footage revealed Mr. B throwing a metal recycling frame at the car and kicking the door two or three times. After the incident, he even posted a note in the elevator indicating his unit number, stating, "If you want to change your car, park in the right parking lot. I will break it nicely and replace it."

Mr. A decided he could no longer endure the situation and reported it to the police. Mr. B argued, "Why are you arresting me? Is there a legal procedure?" but the police arrested him on the spot and admitted him to a psychiatric hospital.

Before his arrest, Mr. B reportedly sent threatening messages to neighbors, saying, "I have contacted the police station. They are cracking down on illegal parking. Do you have a hammer? Since this is official duty, there is no problem. The president knows about it, so don't worry."

According to one resident, Mr. B's home is filled with hiking hammers and tools. There is also a blackboard with the villa unit numbers marked, and some unknown symbols next to each number.

Mr. A told the media, "I am afraid the perpetrator will retaliate after being discharged," and added, "I feel a great fear for my safety and have no place to seek help, so I am reporting this."

Mr. B is scheduled to be discharged from the psychiatric hospital this coming November.
