YouTube Channel 'Park Seri's Inside Story' Launched

Former golf player Park Seri has expressed her feelings about the ongoing legal dispute with her father about two months after holding a press conference.

On the 9th, Park Seri launched a YouTube channel called 'Park Seri's Inside Story' and uploaded her first video titled 'Thank you so much all this time.' In the video, Park Seri opened by saying, "Today, the atmosphere might seem a bit different, but I have something to say, so I am greeting you from my home for the first time."

She said, "As you have seen a lot in the media recently, there were difficult times, but thankfully many people supported me and sent positive energy," adding, "With that strength, I am working hard and living my daily life day by day." She continued, "Although I have always expressed my gratitude to many people, after going through this experience, I wanted to sincerely thank everyone even more," expressing her appreciation.

Park Seri also shared her plan to reveal her daily life through YouTube. She said, "Among many comments, there are quite a few people who want to see my daily vlogs," adding, "Since I have a lot of work, I don’t do anything special after a busy schedule, but I think I can show you my natural daily life." She added, "I might show walking with Mochi (my pet dog), having meals with acquaintances, and since I enjoy drinking, maybe having a drink with some side dishes."

Netizens responded to Park Seri’s bright expression in front of the camera with comments such as, "Just from the title, I thought the newly opened channel was closing. Earlier, it was revealed that the Park Seri Hope Foundation had filed a complaint last September against Park Seri’s father, Park Jooncheol, on charges including forgery of private documents. Park Jooncheol is accused of forging the foundation’s seal and documents after receiving a proposal from an international golf school establishment company to participate in projects to establish international golf schools and golf academies in Taean, Chungnam, and Saemangeum, Jeonbuk. The police investigating the case sent Park Jooncheol to the prosecution with a recommendation for indictment in May.

Regarding this, Park Seri held a press conference in June and revealed that her father’s ongoing debt problems were the background for the complaint. She also confessed that she had suffered emotionally for a long time trying to resolve her father’s debt issues.
