Hynix CEO Kwak No-jeong Receives 1.278 Billion Won
Vice Chairman Park Jung-ho's Compensation 2.435 Billion Won
Choi Tae-won, chairman of SK Group, received a total compensation of 3 billion KRW from SK Hynix and SK Inc. during the first half of this year.
According to the semi-annual report disclosed by SK Hynix on the 14th, Chairman Choi received 1.25 billion KRW in salary from SK Hynix alone. SK Hynix stated, "Considering the chairman's position, leadership, expertise, and contribution to the company comprehensively, this year's annual salary was set at 2.5 billion KRW, the same as in 2023, and approximately 208 million KRW was paid monthly." Additionally, Chairman Choi received 1.75 billion KRW in salary from SK Inc. during the first half of the year.
SK Hynix CEO Kwak No-jung received a total of 1.278 billion KRW in the first half, including 700 million KRW in salary and 575 million KRW in bonuses. Management Advisory Committee member Park Sung-wook received 11.39 billion KRW in stock option exercise gains, totaling 11.789 billion KRW. Vice Chairman Park Jung-ho received a total of 2.435 billion KRW, including 1.15 billion KRW in salary and 1.207 billion KRW in bonuses.
