Supply of 'Daejeon Aether Switchen' Combining Price, Location, and Product Quality

KCC Construction is currently supplying 'Daejeon Aether Switzen,' a complex located in the prime area near Yongmun Station in Dunsan District, Seo-gu, Daejeon. It is gaining renewed attention as a hidden gem of Daejeon, raising expectations for a complete sell-out. An industry insider stated, "Since Dunsan Xi I-Park surpassed 20 million KRW per pyeong last year, recently supplied complexes such as 'Hillstate Doan River Park' and 'Doan Prugio Diadel' have all been supplied at prices exceeding 20 million KRW per pyeong," adding, "With rising raw material costs, sale prices are expected to increase further, making the price merit of Daejeon Aether Switzen even greater."


Additionally, the complex continues to be popular because it further reduces the price burden through various benefits.


A sales official said, "Especially, this complex is the first in Daejeon to offer a 5% down payment benefit (a fixed first installment of 10 million KRW) and congratulatory money, significantly reducing the initial financial burden, which has received strong responses from buyers," adding, "As interest and inquiries have increased, actual contracts are proceeding smoothly."


Along with this, Daejeon Aether Switzen maintains high satisfaction among buyers due to its excellent location and product quality.


The complex is being developed as a super-station area complex right in front of Exit 3 of Yongmun Station on Daejeon Subway Line 1, allowing convenient access to both inside and outside the city of Daejeon. Moreover, it is adjacent to Baegun Elementary School, Goejeong Middle School, Daejeon Seo Middle School, Goejeong High School, and Daejeon Foreign Language High School, providing an excellent educational environment.
