Ulsan Office of Education Offers Personalized College Admission Counseling for Early Application

Admissions Counseling Days on 17th-18th: 355 Applicants Participate, On-site Registration Also Available

The Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Cheon Changsu) will operate the "2025 College Admissions Early Application Counseling Day" for third-year high school students preparing for the 2025 college entrance early application.

The Early Application Counseling Day will be held for two days, from the 17th to the 18th, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Career and College Guidance Support Center and the Oesol Conference Room of the Office of Education.

This event will be attended by 355 third-year students from 39 high schools in Ulsan. Students can register on-site without prior application. Registered students must check in at the registration desk on the first floor of the main building of the Ulsan Office of Education at least 15 minutes before their scheduled counseling time.

The counseling will be conducted by 41 college admission counseling teachers from the Ulsan Career and College Guidance Support Center, who have years of experience in college guidance. Counseling will take place in 30 booths, with each student receiving a 50-minute personalized support strategy session.

Students can receive more detailed counseling if they join the college admissions information portal "Eodiga," enter their academic records and mock exam scores in advance, and bring basic counseling materials such as their school records.

An official from the Ulsan Office of Education stated, "The 2025 college admissions process is expected to be more challenging than previous years due to the increase in medical school quotas and the expansion of interdisciplinary majors. We hope this event will be helpful for students."

The Ulsan Career and College Guidance Support Center will continue to expand its counseling spaces after the event until the early application deadline on September 13. Counseling appointments can be made through the integrated reservation system after registering as a member on the center's website.
