Earlier, on the 8th, the police had arrested Jeontu Tokki himself on charges of unauthorized disclosure of the perpetrators' identities in the Miryang case, and for threatening and coercing the victim by demanding an apology video, warning that if not complied with, his family's personal information would also be disclosed.

Ms. A, a public official working at a local government office, is accused of accessing the personal information of dozens of individuals and passing it to her husband, Jeontu Tokki, some of which was leaked on YouTube. So far, a total of 17 complaints and petitions have been filed against Jeontu Tokki, and the police are reportedly investigating a total of 19 cases, including two additional victim reports.

Meanwhile, the Miryang Group Sexual Assault Case involves 44 high school students in the Miryang area who continuously sexually assaulted a then middle school student victim over the course of a year in December 2004. Only 10 of the perpetrators were prosecuted, 20 were sent to juvenile detention centers, and the remaining perpetrators either reached settlements with the victim or were not included in the complaints, resulting in no prosecution due to 'lack of prosecutorial rights.'
