Recognizing Efforts to Create a Zero-Accident Work Environment
LS Materials announced on the 13th that it has been selected as an 'Excellent Labor-Management Culture Company of 2024' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
The Ministry of Employment and Labor selects companies that exemplarily practice a labor-management culture of coexistence and cooperation as excellent companies every year. Selected companies receive various administrative and financial benefits, such as exemption from regular labor inspections (up to 5 years), tax audit deferrals, and preferential loan interest rates.

LS Materials was highly evaluated for building a cooperative labor-management culture without labor disputes since its establishment and for creating a zero-accident work environment for all employees. It was also recognized for its efforts to create a safe workplace to achieve zero-accident goals by conducting joint labor-management safety inspections every quarter.
Hong Young-ho, CEO of LS Materials, said, "Based on trust and mutual cooperation, we will further strengthen labor-management relations that prevent conflicts in advance and cooperate to achieve management goals."
