The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced on the 13th that considering the characteristics of reckless drivers who appear during late-night hours, they will mobilize a total of 396 officers from traffic patrol, traffic investigation teams, and other units, along with 201 patrol cars and motorcycles, to conduct focused patrols and enforcement activities at key locations such as expected routes and hotspots of reckless driving on the 14th and 15th as part of proactive prevention efforts.

In particular, when reckless drivers appear, the police plan to track their movement routes and, through cooperative activities, deploy patrol cars in advance along expected paths to block reckless driving behaviors. At the same time, they will conduct thorough surveillance and investigative pursuits to arrest and prosecute all reckless drivers and passengers involved.

A representative from the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency stated, "We will maintain a strict response policy against reckless and aggressive driving and other disorderly traffic violations that disrupt peace on urban roads, and we will strive to eradicate illegal activities through continuous enforcement."
