Record 47 to 1 Competition Rate for First Priority Subscription

Kumho Construction's new residential brand ‘Atera’ was first applied to ‘Cheongju Technopolis Atera,’ which achieved early full sales within two weeks. Kumho Construction announced on the 13th that Cheongju Technopolis Atera has been fully sold out.
Cheongju Technopolis Atera attracted buyers' attention with a reasonable price of an average of 12.37 million KRW per 3.3㎡, as it was subject to the pre-sale price ceiling system. During the four days following the model house opening, about 18,000 visitors came, and in the first priority subscription, 24,692 applications were received for 521 units (excluding special supply), recording an average competition rate of 47.4 to 1.
Cheongju Technopolis Atera, being constructed in 19 Songjeol-dong, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungbuk, consists of 17 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with a total of 1,450 units sized between 84 and 138㎡. It is the largest complex within Cheongju Technopolis. Move-in is scheduled for August 2027.
As the first complex to apply the Atera brand, Kumho Construction offers differentiated products and specialized designs. It is mainly composed of 4-bay slab-type layouts (a structure where the living room and three rooms are arranged side by side), with some units featuring three-sided open designs, actively utilizing hidden spaces such as alpha rooms, and top-floor attics.
The complex includes various community facilities such as a 35-floor sky lounge, indoor swimming pool, multipurpose gymnasium, large indoor golf practice range, guest house, and fitness center. With a wide distance between buildings reaching up to 115 meters, sunlight rights are secured and interference between households is minimized. The parking ratio is 1.64 spaces per unit, the highest in Cheongju Technopolis.
A Kumho Construction official said, "We appreciate the great interest shown in the first complex applying Kumho Construction’s new residential brand. We will repay by creating a residential space that satisfies all residents and becoming the largest branded complex in the region."
