DK Techin announced on the 13th that it has built the NS Home Shopping AI chatbot based on its chatbot brand ‘Kakao i Connect Talk.’ The NS Home Shopping AI chatbot is a chatbot service available on the ‘NS Home Shopping KakaoTalk Official Channel’ that allows everything from product ordering to consultation. It offers features such as ▲TV shopping, ShopPlus, and ShoppingBook product orders ▲easy login ▲self-service for payment, cancellation, exchange, and returns ▲24-hour customer center.
In particular, the NS Home Shopping AI chatbot applies the latest machine learning technology developed by Kakao to implement a more advanced natural language processing capability. For example, when customers leave inquiries in sentence form such as ‘Show me the list of broadcast products’ or ‘I want to order ShoppingBook products,’ the chatbot understands the user’s intent and provides the necessary response. In a private pilot test conducted before the service launch, the frequency of requests to connect to a human agent due to incomplete chatbot consultations significantly decreased.
