Yujin Investment & Securities is promoting the activation of the tender offer market business.

Yujin Investment & Securities announced on the 9th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the activation of the tender offer market business with Ubase and Equity & Stock Voice.

This MOU aims to prepare for the future expansion of the tender offer market, including the recent push to introduce a mandatory tender offer system to protect the rights of minority shareholders.

Yujin Investment & Securities will be responsible for operations such as managing the tender offer subscription through the establishment of an online tender offer subscription system. Ubase and Equity & Stock Voice will handle business support related to the tender offer.

This project signifies building an online subscription system amid the trend of increasing participation of securities firms in the tender offer market and aims to activate the tender offer system.

Ko Kyung-mo, CEO of Yujin Investment & Securities, said, “Through this agreement, Yujin Investment & Securities will provide a more efficient and reliable tender offer subscription system,” adding, “We will continue to strive to protect the rights of minority shareholders and ensure transparency in the tender offer market.”
