The behavior of a group of Chinese-speaking customers causing a disturbance at a famous cafe in Seoul has been revealed, drawing public ire.
On the 9th, JTBC's Incident Manager introduced a bizarre incident experienced by a cafe employee, Mr. A.
According to Mr. A, on the 7th, five Chinese-speaking customers visited the cafe and placed a takeout order for two drinks and some desserts. Shortly after, the staff handed over the packed coffee and desserts, and the customers took them upstairs to the cafe's second floor to eat.
Seeing this, the cafe manager informed the customers, "If you are going to eat inside, the store policy requires one drink per person. You need to pay for three more drinks." At this store, each person must order one drink.
However, the Chinese-speaking customers refused the manager's request, leading to a dispute. Eventually, one of the customers said, "Please pack the desserts we were eating. We will leave."
The Chinese-speaking customers then took the packed desserts and left.
The problem was the state they left behind. Perhaps angered by the dispute with the manager, they threw the drinks they had been drinking onto the tables and sofas before leaving.

When the manager saw the mess inside and immediately went downstairs to the first floor, the customers made obscene gestures by raising their middle fingers toward the manager.
The cafe owner told 'Incident Manager,' "I found out about this belatedly," and expressed anger, saying, "I am furious that people can behave so thoughtlessly."
Netizens responded to the story with comments such as, "Do they think Korea is easy to mess with?", "I hope this video spreads worldwide," "Reveal their faces," "How can someone think of spilling drinks they were drinking?", "One drink per person is annoying, but this is unacceptable," and "Why is it always Chinese-speaking tourists?"
