Player Ma Seonho to Personally Design Diet and Teach Exercise Methods

Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) announced that on the 13th and 20th, the "Physical 100 Season 2" program will be held twice at the "Everyone's Village Space Community Center" with influential health broadcaster athlete Ma Seon-ho.

This program, held for the second time this year following last year, was prepared to provide residents with diet management and exercise methods to help them lead a healthy lifestyle.

Athlete Ma Seon-ho is a health influencer with over 180,000 subscribers on YouTube and is also known by the nicknames "Ma-wang" or "Ma-dawit." He has appeared on numerous broadcast programs such as Physical 100 and Soccer Fever 3.

The first session will be held on the 13th at 7 PM, targeting young adults (aged 19 to 49). Ma Seon-ho will personally design the program to present practical diet plans and exercise methods for body shape management that working adults can realistically follow.

The second session will take place on the 20th at 7 PM, targeting seniors (aged 50 to 70). It will introduce ways to maintain basal metabolic rate, which tends to weaken with aging, and strengthen muscle power, followed by practical exercises with the participants.

Athlete Ma Seon-ho stated, "As interest in health and exercise is increasing among people of all ages these days, I will do my best to conduct a special lecture that can plant healthy energy in Geumcheon by planning a more engaging program."

Interested participants can apply online through the "2024 Community Center Program" or by phone according to each session. However, duplicate applications for each session and applications from last year's participants are restricted.

Especially this year, as the target participants have been expanded from young adults to seniors, we hope for more active participation from residents."
