"107cm Thrilling Bite" Enjoying the Charm of Sport Fishing
Park Han-seong, who caught a 107cm large fish at the 'Buan Cup Gyeokpo Sea Croaker Boat Fishing Competition,' won the honor of first place.
According to Buan-gun on the 8th, this competition, held for the 6th time this year, was successfully held on the 6th at Gyeokpo Port in Buan-gun, Jeonbuk.
It was conducted as part of a regional specialized sports infrastructure project boasting a pristine natural environment, aiming to enjoy the charm of sports fishing and contribute to revitalizing the local economy and creating jobs.

The competition atmosphere was intense. About 250 participants from across the country competed fiercely from early dawn in Buan's beautiful sea.
The target species for this competition was croaker, and the ranking was determined based on the length of the largest fish caught. First place went to Park Han-seong (45, Cheongju, Chungbuk), who received a prize of 5 million won.
Winner Park Han-seong expressed, "I was very pleased to spend healing time fishing in Buan's beautiful sea."
Kwon Ik-hyeon, the mayor of Buan-gun, said, "We will continue to strive to grow Buan-gun into a central city for sports fishing and marine leisure tourism."
