The hygiene condition of a famous food truck in Jeju is causing netizens to frown.

On the 7th, JTBC's 'Sageonbanjang' introduced the story of informant A, who was shocked after visiting a lobster grill food truck famous as a popular restaurant in Jeju.

In the video released by A, the cooling fan above the stacked food ingredients is covered with thick black grime.

The food truck has recently gained a reputation as a popular restaurant mainly through social networking services (SNS). A said, "I was really surprised when I saw the food truck I went to with high expectations. The hygiene condition was terrible."

He continued, "The cooling fan of the food truck was covered with thick black grime, and underneath it was a container holding lobsters," recalling the situation at the time. "It looked like the grime could fall into the lobster container at any moment." He added, "I lined up with expectations but was shocked by the hygiene condition. The staff seemed unaware of this state. They left it unattended when just wiping it once would have been enough."

A explained the reason for reporting, saying, "Since it is a food truck, some grease is understandable, but this was too severe, so I reported it."

Netizens who saw the story reacted with shock, saying things like, "Is that mold? Or grime?", "How can they run a business like that?", "What kind of confidence is it to have an open kitchen with such poor hygiene?", and "I should avoid food trucks."
