Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting students for the 'Hwaseong Baby Boomer Happiness Campus' for the life re-advancement of the baby boomer generation until the 18th.
This program supports various education, comprehensive counseling, employment and entrepreneurship, job opportunities, and community activities for the life transition and second act of the baby boomer generation. Baby boomers aged 50 to 69 residing in Gyeonggi Province are eligible to participate.
The recruitment courses consist of 12 programs, including five certification courses such as Level 2 Wood Furniture Production Instructor, Level 1 Flower Tea Sommelier, Level 2 Elderly Group Counselor, Citizen Garden Academy, and Level 1 Art Psychology Counselor, as well as seven humanities courses. The education will be held at Hyupsung University located in Bongdam-eup, Hwaseong City. Interested applicants can apply through the 'Hwaseong Baby Boomer Happiness Campus' website.
The campus will hold an opening ceremony at Hyupsung University on the 28th. The ceremony will also feature special lectures on human relationships and raising awareness of renewable energy for planning the second act of middle-aged and older adults' lives.
