'Wonju Station Umi-Lin The Sky' will be built on AC-4 block of the Namwonju Station area, consisting of 5 buildings with up to 42 floors and a total of 900 households. All units are composed of the highly preferred exclusive area of 84㎡. The complex is mainly oriented southward, with ample distance between buildings to ensure excellent lighting, ventilation, and openness. Parking spaces are ample with a ratio of 1.55 spaces per household, and cutting-edge systems such as a clean air supply and exhaust system and smart home IoT are applied to enhance residential convenience. It is also symbolic as the first complex to apply the renewed 'Lin' brand.

Community facilities include a fitness club, indoor golf practice range, indoor table tennis room, separate reading rooms for men and women, indoor playground, and a residents' cafe.

The Namwonju Station area housing development district, where the complex is located, is the only station-area housing district in Wonju-si. On a total site area of 469,830㎡, residential facilities such as apartment complexes and detached houses, commercial facilities, office facilities, schools, and public offices will be established. The Namwonju Station area housing development district is designated as an investment leading district by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH), giving it high future value.

Seowonju Station is expected to be served by the double-track electrified railway on the Gyeonggang Line from Yeoju to Wonju, scheduled to open in 2028. Once the Gyeonggang Line opens, it will be the only line in the Gangwon area directly connected to Pangyo and Gangnam. Additionally, Wonju is being considered as a stop on the GTX D line, the metropolitan wide-area express railway connecting to Seoul Samsung Station.

'Wonju Station Umi-Lin The Sky' also boasts excellent residential conditions. In addition to KTX Wonju Station, it is adjacent to National Road No. 19, Namwonju IC on the Jungang Expressway, and Manjong JC on the Yeongdong Expressway, allowing convenient use of the wide-area road transportation network. Commercial and office facilities are planned in front of the complex, and it belongs to the Musil-dong living area, which is considered a preferred residential area in Wonju. Residents can share various infrastructure in Musil-dong, such as E-Mart, academies, and government offices.

Moreover, elementary and middle school sites are planned within walking distance, and excellent educational conditions are ensured with nearby Yukmingwan Middle and High Schools, Yonsei University Mirae Campus, Halla University, and Gangneung-Wonju National University Wonju Campus.

A sales official said, “Namwonju Station area, which will become the new downtown of Wonju, as well as the entire Wonju, will showcase a landmark representing the city. We plan to apply specialized designs and layouts that enhance the quality of life for residents accordingly.”
