On the 8th, Dongyang Life Insurance announced that it will provide financial support, such as loan interest payment deferrals, to sellers who suffered damages due to delayed settlements by TMON and WEMAKEPRICE.
The financial support targets small and medium-sized enterprises and individual business owners whose payment records through TMON and WEMAKEPRICE from May to July have been confirmed, and who hold contracts with business registration numbers matching those registered with Dongyang Life Insurance on the seller management pages of TMON and WEMAKEPRICE.
Through this financial support, Dongyang Life Insurance will allow a deferral of insurance contract loan interest payments for up to six months from the application date. Customers using loans can also defer loan interest payments for up to six months and extend the loan repayment maturity date by six months.
Customers wishing to receive financial support should submit a special support application form along with a contract holder’s ID or business registration certificate and payment records from TMON and WEMAKEPRICE from May to July via a dedicated email, the nearest Dongyang Life Insurance branch, or customer center. The application period is until August 6 of next year.
