KT Offers Up to 500,000 KRW Support for 'GalZ6' Buyers

KT announced on the 8th that it will expand the official subsidy for Samsung Electronics' foldable phones 'Galaxy Z Fold6·Flip6' up to 500,000 KRW and conduct a promotion on its official online mall KT.com.

KT is raising the official subsidy for the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 up to 500,000 KRW. Customers using the 90,000 KRW monthly plan can receive up to 575,000 KRW in subsidies by adding an additional 15% support.

KT is also running a promotion for Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 buyers on its official online mall KT.com. The first 1,000 customers will receive a one-year subscription to the device care program 'Samsung Care Plus,' which guarantees damage coverage and supports on-site repairs. Additionally, the Galaxy Z Fold6 1TB will be offered at the price of the 512GB model, discounted by approximately 320,000 KRW. The Z Flip6 512GB will also be sold at the price of the 256GB model, discounted by about 160,000 KRW.

The 'Galaxy Z Flip6 Maru-neun Gangjwi Edition,' a collaboration with the popular Naver webtoon 'Maru-neun Gangjwi,' is exclusively available on KT.com. The edition includes ▲ Galaxy Z Flip6 256GB ▲ official Maru-neun Gangjwi design clear case ▲ FlipSuit case & card ▲ pouch bag keyring ▲ theme-changing NFC keyring ▲ big deco stickers ▲ special edition exclusive package box, and is limited to 1,000 units.

KT also suggested ways to reduce device costs by utilizing affiliated cards and used phone trade-in programs. By applying double discounts with the KT Family Satisfaction Installment Shinhan Card and KT BC Baro Super Plus Card, customers can receive up to 1,200,000 KRW in bill discounts over 24 months. The KT BC Baro Super Plus Card also offers up to 12 months of interest-free installments. New subscribers to the KT Family Satisfaction Installment Shinhan Card and KT Super DC Lotte Card will receive an additional cashback of up to 50,000 KRW when making long-term installment payments.

KT is also running the 'Galaxy Change Compensation' promotion as a special used phone trade-in program, providing up to an additional 200,000 KRW on top of the basic used phone purchase price depending on the device model.

Meanwhile, Samsung Electronics is conducting the 'Artificial Intelligence (AI) Sale Festa' until the end of this month, offering Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 buyers ▲ two SmartTag2 devices ▲ 30% discount coupons for Galaxy Watch7, Galaxy Watch Ultra, and Galaxy Buds3 series. If a Galaxy Z Fold6 or Z Flip6 buyer recommends the device to an acquaintance who then makes a purchase, both the referrer and the buyer will receive a 10,000 KRW Yogiyo mobile gift certificate.
