"Government-Private Cooperation to Support Vulnerable Children"
Prime Minister Han Duck-soo visited the Happy Dosirak Center in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul on the 8th to support the 'Happy Dookki Project' for children at risk of food insecurity, the social contribution network Happy Alliance announced.
On this day, Prime Minister Han personally experienced the lunchbox production and delivery process, emphasizing the importance of public-private cooperation for the healthy growth of children outside the formal support system. He said, "Just as the African proverb says it takes a whole village to raise a child, our entire society must raise children together," adding, "The government will make greater efforts to support children at risk of food insecurity." He continued, "The government and the private sector will cooperate to ensure that vulnerable children can live in better environments, and we will continue to show sustained interest and support for social enterprise activities."
