Musinsa Standard to Open Seoul's Largest Store in Hannam-dong on the 15th of This Month

Musinsa's private brand (PB) 'musinsa standard' announced on the 7th that it will open an offline flagship store in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, in mid-month.

With Hannam-dong recently gaining attention as a new clothing shopping destination for foreign tourists, the plan is to promote 'K-fashion' by leveraging the largest store in Seoul.

Scheduled to open on the 15th of this month, the 'musinsa standard Hannam Flagship Store' is the fifth offline store in Seoul following Hongdae, Gangnam, Seongsu, and Myeongdong, and is the largest flagship store. The new store is located about 330 meters from Exit 1 of Hangangjin Station on Subway Line 6.

musinsa standard Hannam spans approximately 1,519.84㎡ (about 460 pyeong) from basement level 1 to the 5th floor above ground, making it the largest store in the Seoul area. Additionally, this is the first musinsa standard store to utilize an entire building as a standalone offline store.

musinsa standard plans to actively target the fact that Hannam-dong is gaining attention as a shopping destination for foreign tourists traveling in Korea. In fact, the global customer sales proportion (tax-free basis) for July at the four musinsa standard offline stores located in Myeongdong, Hongdae, Seongsu, and Gangnam reached 30%.

To celebrate the opening of the new store, musinsa standard will offer a 10% discount on all items for four days until the 18th. On the opening day, three items ? Replica Fatigue Pants, Relaxed Washed Poplin Shirt, and Women's Lambswool Round Neck Crop Cardigan ? will be sold at a special price of 9,900 KRW, discounted up to 80%, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Furthermore, based on the order number on receipts, an event will be held where every 100th customer from number 100 to 1,000 will receive a 50% discount on their total payment. Customers will also receive first-come, first-served random scratch coupons with prizes such as offline vouchers worth 1 million KRW, VIP gift boxes, and musinsa store online discount coupons.
