Uiwang City is adjacent to Gwacheon City, known as the "Jun-Gangnam" to the north, and Indeokwon, the most affluent neighborhood in Anyang City. Directly below, it borders Jangan-gu in Suwon City, which is emerging as the second Gwanggyo area, where apartments with an exclusive area of 84㎡ have surpassed 1.2 billion KRW. Surrounded by major affluent neighborhoods, Uiwang City is attracting attention as a promising area in the Seoul metropolitan region with expectations for rising housing prices.
It is about a 20-minute drive from major Gangnam areas in Seoul such as Sadang and Yangjae, and offers convenient access to key metropolitan areas including Anyang, Gwacheon, Yongin, Seongnam, and Suwon, making it a transportation hub in southern Gyeonggi Province. The extension of the Shinbundang Line (from Homaesil to Gwanggyo Central Station), which will serve the planned Suwon World Cup Stadium Station (tentative name), is also expected to enhance the metropolitan transportation network.
Recently, in Uiwang City, the "Uiwang Centline Desiang," which was previously offered at around 900 million KRW (based on the highest sale price for an 84㎡ exclusive area), achieved a complete sell-out shortly after resuming supply. Some experts attribute this to the reflected expectations of excellent future value.
Amid this, Daebang Construction's "Uiwang Gocheon District Dietre Central" is scheduled for sale in August, drawing attention. As a post-sale project, the sale will proceed after achieving a certain level of construction progress, making it easier to verify quality compared to typical pre-sale projects. Furthermore, the project is expected to set a relatively reasonable sale price due to the application of the price ceiling system.
The complex is located adjacent to Obongsan Mountain, Uiwang City Hall, and an elementary school site (scheduled to open in March 2026), with the planned Uiwang City Hall Station (tentative name) on the Indeokwon-Dongtan double-track railway within walking distance.

Prestigious private schools such as Woosung High School, Gyeonggi Foreign Language High School, and the Uiwang City Library are also nearby, promising a pleasant educational environment.
E-Mart Uiwang, Lotte Premium Outlet Uiwang, and Lotte Mart Uiwang are all within about a 10-minute drive, and numerous plaza shopping centers and large-scale commercial facilities are planned nearby, further improving residential conditions.
Each household will have two parking spaces, providing the best parking conditions in Uiwang City. The project will also feature Daebang Construction's innovative floor plans, including a 6.1m wide living room (based on 84㎡ A and B types) and an impressive service area.
