Voice recognition artificial intelligence (AI) startup ReturnZero announced on the 6th that the total number of meetings processed using its automatic meeting minutes creation service, Collabo, has surpassed 20,000.
Collabo is a business-to-business (B2B) service that automatically records and summarizes meeting content through AI voice recognition technology. Since its official launch in April last year, the number of processed meetings has exceeded 20,000 in just over a year. The total accumulated time of summarized meetings exceeds 11,000 hours.

Collabo can be used on common video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft (MS) Teams, and it also integrates with various work tools like Salesforce, Slack, and Zapier. It summarizes a 30-minute meeting in just 30 seconds and offers various features such as highlighting key discussion points, to-do lists after meetings, speaker differentiation, and speech ratio analysis. Within this year, it plans to launch a 'customized summary by meeting type' feature that extracts necessary information according to the meeting purpose.
Recently, it has been supplying speech-to-text (STT) solutions necessary for building Shinhan Financial Group’s Artificial Intelligence Contact Center (AICC). It has also been selected as one of the 'Top 100 AI Startups in Korea' for three consecutive years since 2021.
Lee Cham-sol, CEO of ReturnZero, said, "We are pleased that numerous corporate practitioners can work more efficiently through Collabo," adding, "We will continue to introduce practical services that enrich people's daily lives and lead AI transformation across various industrial fields."
