Twelve Experts in Architecture, Interior Design, and Real Estate
Two-Year Advisory Activities Starting from the 1st... Consulting on Design and Construction
Busan Urban Corporation (BMC) recently held an appointment ceremony for the '2nd BMC Smart Home Advisory Group'.
BMC selected a total of 12 advisory group members through a public recruitment process that lasted about three weeks in June.
In particular, considering the diversification of public housing residents due to the rapid increase in single and two-person households, the advisory group was expanded from the previous focus on housewives to include newlyweds, young adults, and seniors.
The selected advisory members have experience in various fields such as architectural design, interior design, construction engineers from major construction companies, and real estate agents. They are expected to greatly contribute to the creation of residential spaces tailored to changing housing trends and to the enhancement of design.
Additionally, this recruitment includes two residents of BMC Happy Housing, which is expected to provide practical feedback on inconveniences experienced during actual residence.
The advisory group began its term on August 1 and will provide consultation on public housing projects carried out by BMC, including design phase consultation, quality inspections during construction, customer satisfaction surveys during pre-move-in visits, and regular research on housing trends.
BMC plans to incorporate the comprehensive opinions of the advisory group into future public housing designs to improve quality.
Kim Yonghak, President of Busan Urban Corporation, stated, "Through the BMC Smart Home Advisory Group, we will create smart residential spaces by gathering opinions from various groups and conducting research on housing trends," and added, "We will do our best to realize creative and innovative architectural spaces that meet the needs of Busan citizens."
They are holding the 2nd BMC Smart Home Advisory Committee appointment ceremony and taking a commemorative photo.
