The 51st Korea Broadcasting Awards Winners and Works Announced... Grand Prize to Be Announced on the 2nd of Next Month

30 Works and 18 Individual Awards Selected
Award Ceremony to be Broadcast Live on SBS on the 2nd of Next Month

The Korea Broadcasting Association announced on the 5th the winners and winning works of the 51st Korea Broadcasting Awards.

As a result of judging 243 works and 63 broadcasters representing terrestrial broadcasting, 30 works in 25 categories for program awards and 18 individuals in 20 categories for individual awards were selected as the winners and winning works of the 51st Korea Broadcasting Awards.

The program awards include ▲News report SBS "Labor War, Are We Attractive?" ▲Drama TV MBC "Lovers", SBS "The Penthouse" ▲Entertainment TV KBS "Golden Girls", MBC "Born to Travel the World 2" ▲New media variety EBS "Gwak Junbin's World Article Restaurant" ▲Current affairs report CBS "Unprecedented Judiciary Network North Korea Hacking Incident" ▲Regional documentary TV Pohang MBC "Dokdo Data War", MBC Gyeongnam "Devil's Fish" and others, totaling 30 works.

The individual awards include ▲Merit Award KBS Kim Hyung-woon ▲Regional Broadcasting Promotion Award KBC Shin Jong-moon ▲Announcer Award MBC Kim Dae-ho ▲Writer Award Kim Eun-hee (recommended by SBS) ▲Host Shin Gye-sook (recommended by EBS) ▲Best Actor Kim Tae-ri (recommended by SBS) ▲Best Entertainer Gwak Junbin (recommended by EBS) ▲Best Singer Stray Kids (recommended by MBC) and others, totaling 18 recipients.

The Korea Broadcasting Awards were established in 1973 to select broadcasting programs and broadcasters that realize the public value of broadcasting, and are awarded every September. The award ceremony will be broadcast live on SBS TV from 3 PM to 5 PM on the 2nd of next month, and the grand prize will be announced on site.
