On Friday the 2nd, the central region is expected to be mostly cloudy, while the southern region and Jeju Island will have occasional clouds.
From dawn, light rain will fall in northern Gyeonggi Province, and from morning, occasional rain will occur in Seoul, Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, and the Chungcheong region. Most of the rain will stop by the afternoon, but there will be showers from afternoon to evening in inland Jeolla, inland Gyeongbuk, northwestern inland Gyeongnam, and Jeju Island.

Expected precipitation amounts are 5 to 40 mm in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, and the five western islands (with northern Gyeonggi and the five western islands exceeding 60 mm), 5 to 20 mm in northern inland and mountainous Gangwon, Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, Chungbuk, inland Gwangju and Jeonnam, inland Jeonbuk, northwestern inland Gyeongnam, and Jeju Island.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 24 and 29 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 30 and 37 degrees Celsius. In particular, the daytime high temperatures in Daegu and Gangneung are expected to be 37 and 36 degrees Celsius, respectively.
Fine dust levels will be 'Good' across all regions due to favorable atmospheric dispersion.
In areas experiencing rain or showers, there may be gusts of wind accompanied by thunder and lightning, so caution is advised for traffic safety.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the coastal waters of the East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea. In the offshore waters (approximately 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea and South Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea.
