Chong Kun Dang Holdings recently announced on the 1st that it conducted the '2024 Summer Love Sharing Blood Donation Campaign' to stabilize the blood supply during the summer season.

This campaign was carried out at six business sites, starting from Chong Kun Dang headquarters in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, including ▲Cheonan Factory ▲Hyojong Research Center ▲Chong Kun Dang Bio Ansan Factory ▲Kyungbo Pharmaceutical Asan Factory ▲Chong Kun Dang Health Dangjin Factory.
Through two blood donation campaigns this year, Chong Kun Dang Holdings will deliver blood donation certificates donated by 219 employees to the Korea Leukemia Children's Foundation. In addition, a matching fund of 10,000 KRW per participating employee will be raised to support the improvement of outdated facilities at the Pediatric Cancer Center of the Korea Leukemia Children's Foundation.
Since 2010, Chong Kun Dang Holdings has been conducting blood donation campaigns to help resolve the shortage of blood supply during the summer when participation decreases and to support pediatric cancer patients. Over the past 15 years, 2,336 employees have participated in blood donations, donating 1,920 blood donation certificates.
A representative of Chong Kun Dang Holdings said, "Blood donation is the most direct and active way to save precious lives," and added, "We hope that the warm hearts of Chong Kun Dang family employees will be well delivered to pediatric cancer patients through the blood donation campaign."
