Lotte Construction's 'Gyeyang Lotte Castle Park City Phase 1' First Priority Subscription on the 9th

'Gyeyang Lotte Castle Park City' is a large complex consisting of two phases with a total of 3,053 households. Following the supply of 1,089 households in Phase 2 last April, Lotte Construction is now offering 1,964 households in Phase 1.

Phase 1 consists of 20 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 26 floors above ground, with a total of 1,964 households. The number of households by area is △ 59㎡ exclusive use: 319 households △ 84㎡: 839 households △ 108㎡: 806 households.

The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 8th, followed by first priority subscription on the 9th, and second priority subscription on the 12th. The winners will be announced on the 19th, and the official contracts will be signed over three days from the 2nd to the 4th of the following month.

Gyeyang-gu, where the complex is located, is an area with transportation benefits. Incheon City is promoting the extension project of Seoul Subway Line 2 to Cheongna. This project connects the Daejang-Hongdae Line, which links Hongdae Station on Line 2 and Daejang New Town in Bucheon, from Bucheon Daejang to Jakjeon in Gyeyang, Incheon, and Cheongna in Seo-gu. Following the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's signing of the implementation agreement for the Daejang-Hongdae Line project in June and the decision to start early construction within the year, the Cheongna extension project is expected to accelerate.

There is also a GTX development plan. Jakjeon Station on Incheon Subway Line 1, located nearby, is included in GTX Lines D and E. Line D will connect to the Gangnam area of Seoul, and Line E will connect to the Sangam-dong area of Seoul. Through Bongo-daero in front of the complex, residents can conveniently access Cheongna International City, Bupyeong-gu, Michuhol-gu, and other parts of Incheon city. It is also easy to use the Gyeongin Expressway via Seo Incheon IC and Bupyeong IC. A BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) stop is located in front of the complex, allowing fast travel to Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

Within the complex, various community facilities and landscaped spaces will be created. Facilities include a guest house, fitness club, Pilates room, indoor golf club, meeting rooms, a creative lounge, streaming cinema, and music room. A childcare center and kids caf? for children, as well as a study room for teenagers, will also be established. A large park surrounding the complex will be developed on the scale of 11 soccer fields, where residents can enjoy diverse cultural and leisure activities.

A Lotte Construction official said, "The 'Gyeyang Lotte Castle Park City Phase 2,' which was supplied last April, attracted about 20,000 visitors within three days after the model house opened," adding, "We expect strong interest from many buyers for Phase 1, which is now being supplied."

Lotte Construction will hold a prize draw event for visitors to the model house during the first three days of opening. A free shuttle bus will also operate from Jakjeon Station to the model house for visitors.
