Establishment of a Generative AI-Based Work Standard Q&A Service
Allganize, an all-in-one solution company for large language models (LLM), announced on the 1st that it has signed a contract with Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) to build a 'generative artificial intelligence (AI)-based business standard Q&A service.'
Allganize plans to establish a generative AI service within LH by combining its proprietary ‘Alpha’ LLM with a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solution. The Alpha LLM will be trained on LH’s unique business documents and specialized data from related fields to develop a highly specialized model with strong scalability for public and construction-related tasks. The data will consist of LH internal and external business-related content such as manuals, guidelines, current laws and administrative regulations, and standard and specialized specifications.
Using RAG, which can reduce hallucination phenomena in generative AI, the service will apply features tailored to LH’s operations, including ▲knowledge search and source citation ▲Q&A based on internal documents and complex tables ▲management of user-specific query histories. Allganize received superior technical evaluation compared to other companies in the technical assessment of the ‘generative AI-based business standard Q&A service’ project bidding results.
Through this project, LH aims to establish a Q&A service for business standards and create a foundation for continuous updating of learning data, driving innovation in work methods.
To successfully carry out the project, Allganize will mobilize core technical capabilities with a team of professionals boasting over 10 years of experience. The company will apply RAG and generative AI technologies proven in multiple client projects. The strategically designed RAG solution enables accurate answers even from various document formats such as PDF and HWP, including documents with complex tables.
Lee Chang-soo, CEO of Allganize, stated, "We will further expand Allganize’s generative AI solutions, including the LLM app market, to support innovation in work productivity."
