Recently, with the real estate market rising mainly in Seoul, Uiwang City is emerging as a representative promising area. Uiwang City is the center of the southern metropolitan transportation network and holds a key location on the 'Indeogwon~Dongtan double-track railway line (scheduled for 2028)'. It is also home to numerous companies such as Hyundai Motor Research Institute and Hyundai Rotem headquarters, which is highly evaluated for its growth potential.
Directly above, it is adjacent to Gwacheon City, known as 'Jun-Gangnam', and the top affluent neighborhoods of Anyang City such as Indeogwon and Pyeongchon. Currently, according to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's real transaction price disclosure system, 'Uiwang The Sharp Castle' with a net area of 84㎡ was traded at 848 million KRW in July, establishing the market price.
Recently, 'Uiwang Centline Desiang', with a sale price (highest price basis) reaching the 900 million KRW range for 84㎡ net area, attracted attention by selling out quickly after resuming supply. Despite being the highest price in the old downtown area, it is evaluated to have higher future value through various railway transportation networks linked to the planned 'Indeogwon~Dongtan double-track railway line'.
Another area drawing attention is the Gocheon District adjacent to Ojeon-dong. It is a newly developed new town centered around Uiwang City Hall, expected to benefit from the planned 'Indeogwon~Dongtan double-track railway line'. Through Uiwang IC and others, it is easy to access major southern Seoul Gangnam areas such as Sadang and Yangjae, as well as major southern metropolitan areas including Gwacheon, Suwon, Seongnam, Gunpo, and Yongin.
Amid this, the sale of 'Uiwang Gocheon District Daebang Dietre Central' is scheduled for August, attracting attention. It is located adjacent to Obongsan Mountain, Uiwang City Hall, and an elementary school site (scheduled to open in March 2026), promising an excellent residential environment.
The number of parking spaces per household is two, providing the best parking conditions in Uiwang City, which is expected to prevent inconveniences such as conflicts among residents related to parking space shortages. Constructed by Daebang Construction as a post-sale complex, it is easier to verify quality compared to typical pre-sale complexes and has the characteristic of relatively faster move-in.
