SGA Group is set to accelerate management innovation and value-up strategies through the relocation to the integrated new headquarters in Uiwang.
SGA and SGA Solutions announced on the 31st through a public disclosure that they will move their headquarters to ‘Uiwang Smart City Quantum.’ This is a strategic relocation aimed at co-growth and innovation. It is intended to serve as an important turning point to strengthen cooperation among various divisions within the group and create synergy.
With the establishment of this integrated office building, approximately 300 employees from eight scattered SGA Group affiliates will gather and work on a single floor of about 1,000 pyeong. The strategy is to facilitate smooth communication among affiliates such as SGA, SGA Solutions, SGA EPS, VoiceEye, and SGN, thereby accelerating collaboration and improving work efficiency through effective communication. Through such management efficiency and organizational innovation, the group plans to reduce costs and increase productivity, leading to a full-scale improvement in performance.
Meanwhile, SGA plans to expand its solution SI (System Integration) business based on the technological expertise and market dominance accumulated in education and public ITS projects. Over more than 20 years of IT business, SGA Group has built a diverse lineup of solutions necessary for IT services and systems overall. Leveraging this competitiveness, the group plans to further strengthen collaboration systems with solution affiliates and various vendors. The strategy focuses on the SSPN (SGA Solution Provider Network) project, which applies the long-established solution expertise and SI technology to customer systems.
Additionally, centered on SGA Solutions, the group plans to establish an integrated research and development (R&D) center to accelerate growth engines such as cloud and ZeroTrust security businesses. Recently, subsidiaries SGA EPS and SGN have consecutively won large-scale government cloud projects and government-led ZeroTrust pilot projects. These achievements reflect recognition of their technological capabilities and innovation, raising expectations for future business. This is expected to solidify the group’s market position and provide an opportunity to more flexibly promote the ZeroTrust business at the group level.
Yujin Eun, Chairman of SGA Group, emphasized, “With the establishment of this integrated headquarters, all employees will unite with one heart to advance toward a new leap and implement a ‘Speed Up’ co-growth plan that enables rapid response to the rapidly changing market environment.” She added, “We will fully pursue a value-up strategy through responsible management to firmly lay the foundation for sustainable growth and take a step forward.”
