Barefoot Walking Trails, Hydrangea Gardens, and Successor Tree Clusters: Request for Comfortable and Convenient Park Facilities
County Governor Jin Byungyoung is personally walking on the bare-foot trail at Sangnim Park and listening to the suggestions from residents using the facility.
The inspection sites included the planned hydrangea garden to be established around the Gunminui Jong area, the succession tree colony along the walking trails within Sangnim Park, and the recently created barefoot walking trail near Dabyeotdang.
Governor Jin Byungyoung personally walked barefoot on the newly established barefoot trail in Sangnim Park to listen to the suggestions of residents using the facility. Regarding the succession tree area, where oak seeds are being cultivated, he requested that systematic and long-term management of Sangnim be ensured to prepare for another millennium.
He also toured the hydrangea garden in the Gunminui Jong area and requested that it be developed into a unique attraction and a healing space for visitors.
Sangnim Park, the county’s representative tourist attraction known as the “Millennium Forest,” is beloved by visitors for its lush greenery, scenic gardens filled with various flowers, barefoot walking trails, moss gardens, and other attractions that offer healing and relaxation.
Governor Jin stated, “By visiting the sites and listening to the voices of our residents, I will do my best to discover and implement various cultural and tourism policies so that both residents and tourists can use the park facilities comfortably and conveniently.”
