"Will process quickly within 48 hours"
Naver Pay will accept refund requests related to the delayed settlement issue with Tmon and Wemakeprice.

On the 27th, Naver Pay announced, "We will process payment cancellations and refund requests for amounts paid via Naver Pay on Tmon and Wemakeprice as quickly as possible."
Naver Pay explained that if users attach a screenshot (capture screen) of the payment and purchase history page from Tmon or Wemakeprice when applying, processing can be completed within 48 hours. If a screenshot is not attached, the Naver Pay payment history cannot be verified, which may delay the process.
Users and consumers who wish to cancel payments or request refunds via Naver Pay are asked to apply through the link provided in the notice at 10 a.m. on the 28th.
Even if you have already requested payment cancellation and refund through your card company, you can still separately apply for cancellation and refund via Naver Pay.
Once the payment cancellation and refund are completed, payments made with Naver Pay points or money will be refunded immediately, while card refunds take about 3 to 5 days (for payments made in the previous month, the amount will be deducted from the card bill).
After confirming the cancellation in the Naver Pay payment history, you can contact each card company to check the exact refund timing.
When the payment cancellation and refund are completed, the result will be notified via Naver TalkTalk message. You can also check the cancellation and refund results in the Naver Pay payment history.
