On the 26th, their agency YG Entertainment announced that the four members of BLACKPINK will attend the film "BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] IN CINEMAS" press conference held at Times Square in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, on the 9th of next month.
YG stated, "This event will take place against the backdrop of BLACKPINK's iconic pink carpet," adding, "BLACKPINK, celebrating their 8th debut anniversary this year, plans to visit in person to connect more closely with their fans."
Additionally, the four members Jisoo, Jennie, Ros?, and Lisa will personally visit the screening venue to express their gratitude during a stage greeting session. This marks BLACKPINK's first public event as a full group in about 11 months since the Seoul finale performance of their world tour last September. They also have a private autograph session planned on the 8th of next month to commemorate their 8th debut anniversary, a day before the press conference.
The film "BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] IN CINEMAS," which opens on the 31st of this month, captures the live performance of the world tour "BORN PINK," which concluded at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul. This work will be screened in over 110 countries, including South Korea, the United States, and the United Kingdom, making it the largest-scale girl group concert live film ever.
