KB Kookmin Bank plans to implement a customized financial support program to assist small business owners experiencing cash flow shortages and help them overcome difficulties caused by unpaid settlement funds.
The program will include practical support measures such as loan term extensions, principal and interest repayment deferrals, and interest rate reductions for customers who have received advance settlement loans from these marketplaces and whose loan maturities fall due starting today, aiming to minimize their losses.
A KB Kookmin Bank official stated, "We will actively support small business customers by promptly preparing and providing support measures to share their economic hardships and fulfill our social responsibility in finance."
