Bitnine Holds Listing Ceremony for Affiliate AGEDB on Canadian Stock Exchange

Bitnine announced that a ceremony celebrating the listing of its Canadian subsidiary AGEDB Technology (AGEDB) on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) was held on the 25th (local time).

AGEDB, established in 2022, is an artificial intelligence (AI) company based on graph database (DB) technology, headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. Although it was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange on March 25th of this year, the ceremony took place four months later due to various administrative and scheduling reasons. Kang Cheolsun, CEO of Bitnine and chairman of the AGEDB board, was absent from the local ceremony due to his schedule in Korea. After the ceremony, the stock price closed at 0.85 Canadian dollars (CAD), up 7.6%.

A Bitnine official stated, "AGEDB is a key subsidiary playing a central role in Bitnine's global business operations," and added, "Through the listing on the Canadian stock market, we will actively pursue global investment attraction."

Meanwhile, Bitnine directly holds a 46% stake in AGEDB through its U.S. corporation Bitnine Global. Including shares held through special purpose entities, the total shareholding reaches 70%.
