NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 24th that it has completely revamped the integrated Nonghyup membership (points) service app, ‘NH Members,’ to enhance customer convenience and benefits.
The app now offers biometric authentication through fingerprint and facial recognition, simple passwords, and portal site account login to improve accessibility. Nonghyup Bank explained that it provides a user-centered customer experience by establishing a consistent UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience). A new feature called ‘Mission Pot’ has also been introduced, which displays events from all Nonghyup affiliates at once and awards NH points when users check the events.
To celebrate the full revamp of NH Members, a ‘Golden Race’ event will be held until the 31st of next month, where a total of 1,028 users of ‘Mission Pot’ will be selected by lottery to receive prizes including 5 don (18.75g) gold bars (3 winners), fuel exchange vouchers (5 winners), chicken exchange vouchers (20 winners), and 10,000 NH points (1,000 winners).
A Nonghyup Bank official said, “NH Members is an integrated membership service that allows free use of points across the Nonghyup group,” adding, “We will continue to enhance convenience and benefits.”
