Kyobo Securities announced on the 24th that it will conduct education and inspection activities for all employees in the third quarter in celebration of the 'Financial Consumer Protection Day.'
Through this activity, the company aims to actively practice financial consumer protection and establish a consumer-centered corporate culture to emphasize the importance of consumer protection.
The main contents include education on ▲ the six principles of financial product sales ▲ KRX dispute mediation system and dispute prevention ▲ key points of Consumer-Centered Management (CCM), led by headquarters directors and branch managers.
In addition, the company plans to strengthen consumer protection by verifying self-inspection activities such as complaint prevention and door-to-door sales checklists at all sales branches nationwide.
Kim Cheol-woo, Head of Consumer Protection Division at Kyobo Securities, stated, “We will include all issues related to financial consumer protection in the educational content and promptly disseminate them to employees to take the lead in enhancing financial consumer rights.”
