Located in Janghang-dong, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, "Goyang Janghang KAIVE Ubora" is a large-scale development consisting of six buildings ranging from four basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground, with a total of 1,694 apartment units of 84, 99, and 170㎡, as well as commercial facilities called "Sigan" spanning from one basement floor to two floors above ground.
